By circumventing traditional sourcing channels, making and designing all of our chocolate products bean-to-bar in-house, and engaging with customers directly, we’re able to provide a higher-quality, better-tasting, ethically-sourced chocolate.

We believe, as a small independent chocolate maker, our core company values should always come from looking at the environmental and human impact we make as a business. Accordingly, we aim to reach our full growth potential in the most imaginative, responsible and sustainable manner possible – with our business success coming through the maintenance of high standards and ethics.
We purchase raw materials from supply partners where the human rights of workers and a care for the environment are observed, and we use simple, recyclable, packaging materials with a minimum of waste. Our own employees are paid a fair living wage, with pay equity, and without discrimination, in return for fair working hours, and the highest standards in workplace safety and training.
Our chocolate has a focus on clarity of flavour and its health benefits, as such we use only natural ingredients. Our chocolate does not contain any industrially made or laboratory processed ingredients used by other manufacturers to ‘cut-costs’ or ‘cut-corners’. The care and attention that we pay to the fine details means our standards are extremely high, and we do not settle for anything less than excellence.
