This Olive Oil chocolate is crafted from just five natural ingredients. The cocoa beans and cocoa butter are ethically sourced from Peru, while the unrefined cane sugar comes from Mauritius. White, crystal-like sea-salt flakes are from the Welsh coast, and the early-harvest olive oil is estate-bottled on a small family estate in Greece.
Each ingredient is selected for its quality and character, coming together in a bar that is simple, honest, and full of flavour. The olive oil is exceptional — with deep grassy notes — providing a beautiful and natural contrast to the sea salt and the deep, dark cacao. The result is our finest creation yet, showcasing elegant, nuanced flavours, in a beautifully balanced chocolate.
