Fresh organic fruit is lacto-fermented and candied in-house through natural LAB fermentation. This traditional preserving technique brings a wonderful depth to the fruit inclusions in the chocolate.

90% Cacao. Made with both single-origin cacao and Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. We use a double-conching process to reveal the clarity and depth of the natural ingredients.
