Origin Chocolate Bars

Since 2007, we’ve been crafting many of our chocolate bars with just two ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar. When you eat chocolate like this, stripped back to only the essentials, you find that chocolate isn’t just one flavour note. It’s often more complex than you expect, with distinctive regional and varietal flavours of each harvest and each batch allowed to come through.

Two-Ingredients: All of our chocolate is made from single-origin cocoa beans, but here we feature dark chocolate bars made from just two-ingredients, single origin cacao beans and unrefined cane sugar. In these bars and gift sets you can taste the intensity of flavour in every piece of the bar. Tasting chocolate with just two ingredients is a great way to develop your understanding of distinctive regional flavours of cocoa beans that have been fermented, dried, and roasted to highlight their differences.
