What follows is deep and unhurried. The olive oil arrives deliberately late, so its grassy, peppery character survives the darkness beneath. The cacao sits low and dark, earthy and resolved. The olive oil amplifies what’s already there.
The sea-salt arrives in bursts — crystals set into the mould before the chocolate, so each one lands sharp and clean as the bar melts. A precise counterpoint to the Messenian olive oil.
