Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and store your information.
Privacy Statement
MayHawk’s Privacy Policy describes how MayHawk protects, collects, and uses your personal data. In some international or regional territories, different standards may apply. If so, the local-specific amendment will govern in the event of a conflict.
At MayHawk, we respect your personal data, believing that a company can have great products, great marketing, and—most importantly—great privacy. This means that we strive to collect only the personal data that we need when customers purchase our products or services and we treat your privacy how we would like our privacy to be treated.
This privacy policy describes the personal data collected or generated (processed) when you interact with MayHawk through our websites or sub-domains (like business.mayhawk.com), digital experiences, mobile applications, stores, events, or one of our other products or services, all of which are part of MayHawk’s Site or Platform (“Site” or “Platform”). It also explains how your personal data is used, shared and protected, what choices you have relating to your personal data and how you can contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post updates on this page and update the ‘last revised’ date. For significant changes, we may notify you directly.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

MayHawk’s Use of Personal Data
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (e.g., fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting rules), based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), and for our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our services and preventing fraud), provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
MayHawk uses personal data to process transactions, communicate with you, ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. We use the personal data you provide to us to operate our business. When you purchase MayHawk products from our Site, we need your personal data to fulfil our contract with you. For example, we need your payment and contact details to deliver your order.
We use personal data about how you use our products and services to enhance user experience and to help us diagnose technical and service problems and administer our Site. For example, your personal data is required for internal data analytics, distributing emails, conducting research and analysis, managing brand and product promotions, and administering certain services and features.
If you make a purchase on the MayHawk Online Store, or participate in an event or promotion, we will use the contact information you give us to communicate with you about the purchase, event or promotion. If you contact our consumer services, we will use information about you, such as delivery or payment information, or the product you have purchased to help you resolve a problem or question.
We may send you marketing communications (newsletters) concerning MayHawk’s products, services, events, limited editions, limited time offers and other promotions that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out at any time.
We may use the information that you provide to us as well as information from other MayHawk products or services – such as your use of MayHawk’s Site, your visits to or purchases made in the MayHawk Online Store, your participation in MayHawk events and contests – to personalise communications on products and services that may be of interest to you. Depending on the context, MayHawk may rely on your consent for the necessity of processing to fulfil a transaction, or legal obligations. We may also process your personal data where we believe it aligns with our legitimate interests or those of others – while taking your interests, rights, and expectations into account.
MayHawk does not use your personal data to track you, or use it for (re)marketing and advertising purposes on non-MayHawk Platforms. We do not sell your personal data, or share your personal data outside of a very narrow brief, as described below.
MayHawk’s Sharing of Personal Data
The personal data you provide is used internally within MayHawk. The only data shared externally is that necessary for our trusted financial transaction partners (e-billing and e-commerce) and logistics (carrier and delivery) providers to fulfil your purchase.
For example, your personal data is needed to process credit cards and payments, shipping and deliveries. When using third-party service providers we enter into agreements that require them to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
These third-party service providers carry out tasks on our behalf, such as processing or storing data, including personal data, in connection with your use and purchase of our services, and the purchase and delivery of products. These service providers are required to professionally handle personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and they must refrain from using it for their own purposes, whilst storing it securely.
We do not share your personal data with any external company or third party beyond the scope mentioned above. Furthermore, MayHawk does not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Protection of Your Data at MayHawk
At MayHawk, we believe your privacy is underpinned by strong security measures and risk analysis. We use a variety of technical and organisational security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the safety of your personal data. We also employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data, the processing involved, and potential threats. We continually work to enhance these safeguards to ensure your personal data remains secure.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we typically retain order records for at least six years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or with your local supervisory authority.
