These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the online MayHawk website and store located at www.mayhawk.com, and all associated sites and subdomains (including business.mayhawk.com) linked to www.mayhawk.com by MayHawk, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, including MayHawk sites worldwide (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of MayHawk Ltd (“MayHawk”) and its licensors.

Terms of Use
MayHawk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, MayHawk grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site. Any updates to the Terms will be effective upon publication on the Site.
You affirm that any information you provide when registering on the Site is accurate and not misleading. It is your responsibility to notify our customer service team of any changes to this information. MayHawk may, at its discretion, deny you access to the Site at any time, especially if it believes your use violates any laws, rights of third parties, or these Terms of Use, or if your behaviour is deemed disrespectful.
These Terms of Use also govern your access to and use of the Site, including any orders submitted for products or services available for purchase through the Site. By making any purchase with us, you also agree to the Terms of Sale that apply in your country or region. Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of personal information on the Site and applies to your use of the Site. Our Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies on the Site and applies to your use of the Site.
Availability. Not all features, products, or services are available in all locations. Any offer on the Site is void where prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, their content or practices. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.

Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you place an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

MayHawk’s innovation is embodied in its Intellectual Property, including Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights. MayHawk values uniqueness, invention and innovation, and respects intellectual property. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, the “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of the Content on the Site, is owned, controlled, or licensed by MayHawk Ltd. This Content is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights.
The “MayHawk” trademarks, alongside all other marks, trade names, service marks, brand names, and logos appearing on our products, Site, accessories, or packaging (collectively, the “Trademarks”), are the exclusive property of MayHawk or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable trademark laws and international treaties. MayHawk reserves all rights not expressly described in these Terms.
Except as expressly provided by these Terms of Use, no part of the Site or its Content may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, transmitted, or distributed in any way for any commercial enterprise without MayHawk’s prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the Content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws and may subject you to criminal or civil charges and penalties.
Equitable Relief. You agree that a breach of these Terms (including misuse of the Site or infringement of our IP) may cause irreparable harm and that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Uploaded Content
Some parts of the Site and other social media platforms allow you to post photos, videos, comments, and other content, which we refer to as “User Content”. We’re really excited to have you contribute to the MayHawk community, and we want to encourage this interaction. So here are a few basic rules:
Only post User Content to the Site if you have all permissions and rights needed to make that User Content available, including from any individuals who appear or are mentioned in your User Content. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful.
User Content is owned by you or whoever created it, but when you post User Content you license it to MayHawk. Any material uploaded by you to the Site or other social media platforms connected to MayHawk will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By posting User Content, you grant MayHawk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display and disclose such material for any purpose connected with our business. Where permitted by law, you also waive any moral rights you may have in that content.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site or other social media platforms, or any damage or harm you may experience because of these interactions.
MayHawk is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any user-generated materials and User Content. You agree to indemnify MayHawk against any claims arising from your use of the Site or social media platforms. MayHawk reserves the right to remove any User Content at its discretion.
Notice & Takedown
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property or privacy rights, please contact us with sufficient detail (including your contact details, a description of the content, the URL, and evidence of your rights). We will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the content.
Your Use of the Site
You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. MayHawk reserves the right to bar any such activity.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any MayHawk server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by unlawful or otherwise unauthorised means.
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site.
You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or MayHawk’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to MayHawk.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.
You may not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person, or forge headers/identifiers in any communication sent to or via the Site
Suspension/Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, or created risk or possible legal exposure for MayHawk.
Compliance & Lawful Requests. We may preserve and disclose account information or content where we reasonably believe it is required to comply with law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; to enforce these Terms; to respond to claims (including IP and privacy claims); or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MayHawk, our users, or the public (including fraud-prevention and security purposes).
Other Terms and Conditions
Purchases
Terms of Sale. By making any purchase with us, you also agree to the Terms of Sale that apply in your country or region.
Purchase of products & services. Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods (Products) or services (Services) and to specific portions or features of the Site, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature.
MayHawk’s obligations, if any, with regard to its Products and Services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.
MayHawk may make changes to any Products or Services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such Products or Services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to Products and Services may be out of date, and MayHawk makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such Products and Services.
Export Controls & Sanctions. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. You may not use, export, re-export, import, or transfer any products or services obtained from the Site except as authorised by applicable law.
Cancellations and Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any Products, you may only do so in accordance with our Returns & Cancellation policy under our Terms of Sale. The Terms of Sale does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (including, where applicable, your rights under applicable distance selling legislation or e-commerce regulations in the territory to which the Product is shipped). For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your country or region.
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return certain Products. For example, for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened food items (unless the product is defective). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, strikes, transport or utility failures, or acts of government).
Data Protection & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of personal information on the Site and applies to your use of the Site.
MayHawk’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply to your use of this Site, and those terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. By placing an order or visiting our Site you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. MayHawk fully respects the privacy of individuals who access and use the Site. For details on the manner in which we use cookies, the type of information we collect, how and for what purpose we use your information, please see our Cookie Policy.
You can access other sites via links from the MayHawk Site. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents or their data and privacy policies.
Security, Accounts and Passwords
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even where a transmission (for example, payment information) is encrypted.
Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account (including setting up a MayHawk ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential.
You agree to notify MayHawk immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by MayHawk or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your MayHawk ID, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.
You may not use anyone else’s MayHawk ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that MayHawk ID, password or account. MayHawk cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Unsolicited Idea Submission & Feedback Policy
Any feedback or content you provide at this Site shall be deemed to be non-confidential.
MayHawk or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products, designs, artwork, recipes, product enhancements, processes, methods, materials, ingredients, techniques, marketing plans, advertising campaigns, new promotions, or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, food items, materials, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to MayHawk or any of its employees.
The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when MayHawk’s products, recipes, ingredients, processes, artwork, designs, methods or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to MayHawk. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter or process of submission says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.
You understand that any comments, feedback or ideas you send us are provided on a non-confidential basis and you grant to MayHawk a perpetual, worldwide licence to use all comments, feedback and ideas you may share with us, without notice, compensation or acknowledgement to you, for any purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving products and services.
In summary you agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of MayHawk, without any compensation to you; (2) MayHawk may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for MayHawk to review the submission; (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential; and (5) MayHawk shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
Feedback
At MayHawk, we welcome and encourage your feedback regarding many areas of MayHawk’s existing business, so that we may improve our products and services and understand our customers better. Please provide only specific feedback on MayHawk’s existing products or marketing strategies so that we can learn how best to serve you and improve our products and services.
Disclaimers
MAYHAWK DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS.
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. MAYHAWK CANNOT ENSURE THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. MAYHAWK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
MAYHAWK DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY MAYHAWK SERVICES.
YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY LINKED SITES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST MAYHAWK FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE OR ANY SUCH CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.
MayHawk reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Site, or any portion of the Site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MayHawk, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including reasonable legal costs), made against MayHawk by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Consumer Rights & Non-Excludable Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of Liability. MayHawk will not be responsible for: (a) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; (b) business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure); or (c) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you began using the Site.
Severability & No Waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to another organisation as part of a restructuring, merger, or sale of business.
No Third-Party Rights. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
Survival. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction, and this Survival section survive termination.
Precedence
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and specific terms for a particular service, feature, or our Terms of Sale, the specific terms or Terms of Sale will control for that service, feature, or purchase.
Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
The information contained in these Terms of Use is subject to change without notice.
Notices. Legal notices to MayHawk must be sent to: MayHawk Ltd, MayHawk Barn, Clanna Lane, Alvington, GL15 6AF, UK. Notices to you may be provided via the Site, email, or to the address you supplied.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU/EEA, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Your mandatory consumer protections under local law remain unaffected.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you are located in the EU and we cannot resolve a complaint, you can find information on approved consumer dispute-resolution bodies in your country via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress in the EU online pages and the list of dispute-resolution bodies. MayHawk will comply with any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements under applicable law.
UK ADR information. If you are located in the UK and we cannot resolve your complaint, we are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) but may do so at our discretion. Details of a suitable ADR provider can be provided on request.
Electronic Communications. By using the Site, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically (including by email and notices on the Site) and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and MayHawk in relation to your use of the Site.
