The Huila Region sits high in the Colombian Andes — the Criollo beans grown here carry a raw mineral precision that most chocolate processing would bury. Batch 7011 was roasted and conched to a single purpose: to leave that character intact.

Two materials in quiet agreement, stone-ground over multiple days. No shortcuts taken at any stage where a shortcut would have been easier. What remains is the origin — unchanged, and entirely itself. A sustained finish. No sharp exit. The kind of smoothness that takes time to achieve.
