This is the most refined classic milk chocolate we have ever made, distinctive in both flavour and the methods used to develop it. It represents what a true classic milk chocolate should be: rich, with deep milky caramel notes, made using traditional natural ingredients and developed through carefully controlled small-batch processes.

Common to many aspects of the way we work, innovation plays an important role in this milk chocolate’s development. Our new crumbing method, alongside the controlled use of the Maillard effect, introduces gentle caramel notes, creating balance in a natural milk chocolate that is free from any additives.
