This chocolate focuses on simplicity, made with just five natural ingredients of exceptional quality. The cocoa beans and cocoa butter are ethically sourced from Peru, the unrefined cane sugar from Mauritius, the sea-salt flakes from the Welsh coast, and a limited-edition early-harvest olive oil from a small family estate in Greece.

Each ingredient is selected for its purity and character, coming together in a chocolate that is smooth and balanced, but with a revealing complexity.
