We can email you digital proofs and photos for approval before production begins. You may also request a tasting sample — but please allow extra time for the production and shipping of physical samples.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There’s a minimum order size to qualify for bulk discount pricing, but no minimum to place an order at all — we’re happy to work with whatever quantity you need.
Can gifts be shipped to multiple business addresses in one order?
Yes. Email us your address list and we’ll ship directly to each recipient, with postage added at cost.
What’s the lead time for a corporate order?
It depends on the level of personalisation. A fully branded, comprehensive package needs 12 to 21 days; a simpler order can be ready in as little as 5.
Can I request a sample before committing to a larger order?
Samples are available for larger orders where there’s enough lead time to prepare them properly — not something we can offer for smaller or time-sensitive requests.
