The Guérande salt arrives first — noticeable, clean, immediate. Hand-harvested from salt marshes with a 2000-year tradition, it tastes like it. Each almond carries a sea-salt crust — the result of a multi-stage process, to leave nothing uneven, nothing excessive.

What arrives in the bar is the salt, then the crunch of the toasted almond, and finally the Darksome Milk chocolate, closing over everything. Creamy, dark, unhurried. A calibrated alignment of textures and tone, of chocolate softness and the brittle salted almonds.
